Feather River College
Located in a 256-acre mountainside campus in Quincy, California, adjacent to Plumas National Forest, Feather River College is a public two-year community college with full accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. It was founded in 1968 and is a part of the California Community Colleges system.
Feather River College currently averages around 1,500 students. There are a variety of associate degree programs and certifications in a wide range of study areas. Associate Degree programs are offered in Administration of Justice, Business Administration, Digital Technology, English, Liberal Studies, Social Science, University Studies, Environmental Studies, Vocational Nursing, and more.

Feather River College has an active and varied athletic program. If you are into sports and recreation, opportunities abound at Feather River. Men's sports programs include baseball, basketball, soccer, football, and rodeo, while women's sports programs include basketball, cross country, track and field, volleyball, and softball.
The college provides on-campus housing at the Feather River College Residence Hall complex. The facility is located five minutes from campus, and is owned and operated by the Feather River College Foundation. The complex is a suite-style dorm area with one-bedroom or two-bedroom units. All suites contain a bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining room, full utilities, cable television, carpeting, study desk, and outside entrances.
Feather River College also assists students who prefer off-campus housing. Of-campus housing options include the Deerwood Lodge, Greenhorn Ranch Student Housing, River Ranch RV Park, The Cloman House, and other rentals in downtown Quincy.
